Job summary

ITG Communications, LLC in Belton, MO is hiring entry-level technicians to install and maintain telecom and broadband services for residential and commercial customers. You will complete training (4–8 weeks) paid at $15/hour, then transition to production pay with overtime opportunities.

Safety is a priority as you learn new skills on the job. Responsibilities include installing internet, video, voice, and alarm systems; performing quality checks; troubleshooting issues; documenting work; and

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications relevant to telecom/broadband preferred.
0–2 years of technician experience in telecom or broadband field operations.
Experience with cable, internet, and voice installations is a plus.
Familiarity with telecom technologies, tools, and safety procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Install and maintain telecom and broadband services from street to home (internet, video, voice, alarm).
Perform quality checks to meet client standards.
Adhere to safety protocols and use PPE.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
Maintain records of work performed and equipment used.
Operate company vehicles safely.
Explain services and answer customer questions.
Stay updated on new tech and installation methods.
Identify opportunities for additional services or upgrades.
