Job summary

AFL is seeking a Drops Operations Director to serve as the primary liaison to the customer’s directors and managers, aligning AFL resources with client needs across multiple projects. The Director oversees budgets, staffing, subcontractors, and schedules to maximize efficiency and client satisfaction.

You will lead a team of operations professionals, manage project costs, ensure compliance with EHS and OSHA, and communicate effectively with internal and client stakeholders to drive successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or 6 years of relevant managerial experience.
• Strong computer and communication skills; leadership, interpersonal skills, and understanding of business finance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure activities comply with EHS policies and OSHA regulations.
• Interact with customer directors and managers to ensure installation meets standards and is compensated.
• Provide leadership and effective communication to subordinates, peers, and management.
• Project future workload, manpower and resources; seek approvals and funding for expenditures.
• Create, maintain, and terminate subcontractor relationships for balanced fiscal performance.
• Review schedules and monitor installation manpower to stay within budget.
• Review job costs and change orders to ensure appropriate compensation.
• Train and develop management team to maximize opportunities.
