Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior telecommunications experience needed.
• Successful completion of company installation training.

Responsibilities

• Complete installations, service conversions, reconnects, disconnects, equipment upgrades, and related customer premise work accurately and on time.
• Install and activate residential broadband internet, video, voice, Wi-Fi, and fiber services using company-approved methods.
• Install customer premise equipment including network interface devices, optical network terminals, modems, routers, mesh Wi‑Fi devices, voice equipment, video equipment, power supplies, splitters, connectors, and related accessories.
• Install aerial or underground service drops when required and within the approved scope of work.
• Perform proper bonding and grounding in accordance with applicable electrical codes, company standards, and approved installation practices.
• Verify that installed services and equipment are operating properly before leaving the customer premise.
• Remove abandoned wiring, equipment, and materials when required and leave the work area clean and free of installation debris.
