Job summary

Bigham Cable Construction is seeking Install Laborers to perform telecommunications installations and service calls at customer premises. You will use hand tools and equipment outdoors, with on-the-job training and teamwork to grow skills in a dynamic environment.

Ideal candidates are 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., with a HS diploma or equivalent, capable of lifting, and willing to work overtime or weekends as needed. Safety and customer communication are emphasized throughout the role.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Authorization to work in the United States
• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and in team environments
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and extended hours as needed
• Ability to work safely in all weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Perform telecommunications installations and service calls at customer premises
• Use hand tools, ladders, and diagnostic equipment to complete work
• Work safely at heights, including climbing ladders and poles with PPE
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide guidance on products and services
• Collaborate with team members to complete installations and service work efficiently and accurately
