Pearce is a leading technology-enabled provider of asset management solutions for critical electromechanical infrastructure across North America. We service UPS, backup generators, BESS, cooling systems, and more in telecom, renewables, and data centers.

This role involves traveling to cell tower sites to service and repair generators. We seek a motivated generator technician with at least two years of experience.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of generator maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of generator installations, maintenance, and repair of electrical components.

Responsibilities

• Maintain generators, diagnose and repair problems, install/replace components.
• Perform performance checks and routine maintenance per specifications.
• Install fuel and water lines, pumps, wiring, and controls.
• Respond promptly to alarms and be on-call 24/7 if needed.
• Adhere to OSHA safety requirements and wear proper safety gear.
