Pearce is a leading technology-enabled provider of asset management solutions for mission-critical electromechanical infrastructure across North America. Pearce's Generator Technicians service and repair commercial generators on cell phone towers in your region, with travel as needed.

This role involves maintaining generators, diagnosing issues, installing components, and responding to alarms. It requires on-call availability, lifting heavy loads, long drives, and strict adherence to safety

Qualifications

• Two or more years of generator maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of generator installations, maintenance, and repair; understands electronic, mechanical, and electrical components; moderate computer skills.
• Basic knowledge of FCC/FAA/EPA/OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose, repair, and upgrade generators and related systems.
• Read blueprints and follow design specifications to install or repair equipment.
• Install fuel/water lines, pumps, wiring, and controls; test operation.
• Respond promptly to alarms; be on-call 24/7 as needed.
• Adhere to safety practices and OSHA standards.
