Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication skills to present technical information to non-technical customers.
• Proficient with test equipment such as signal level meters and volt-ohm meters.

Responsibilities

• Perform new connects and disconnects for phone, internet, or video services.
• Install and relocate outlets and wiring.
• Train customers on proper use of equipment.
