Job summary

Ledcor Construction, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent for its Technical Services division in Chicago, IL. In this role, you will lead daily field operations and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting quality standards. Your responsibilities will include managing safety, project plans, as well as mentoring field staff.

We are looking for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in telecommunications construction, strong leadership skills, and effective communication abilities. This is a site-based position requiring 50-70% travel across multiple states.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a Telecommunications construction Superintendent.
• Knowledge of aerial and underground fiber installation methods.
• Understanding of construction documents and current practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects meet approved plans, specifications, and building codes.
• Lead the development of Project Quality Plans and Safety Programs.
• Review and update construction schedules, addresses delays.
