Job summary

Ledcor Group is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations in Champaign, Illinois. You will ensure projects are delivered on schedule, maintain quality, and manage the work of field staff and contractors. Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience as a Telecommunications construction Superintendent.
• Knowledge of construction documents and specifications.
• Ability to supervise craft employees and subcontractors.

• Review and update construction schedules and address delays.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project staff.
