Ledcor Technical Services is hiring a Field Construction Coordinator to support field and office teams in building telecommunications networks. You will help collect data, track milestones, and maintain project schedules while coordinating with engineers, vendors, and crews on site.

The role requires the ability to read construction drawings, document progress, and assist with safety compliance and site logistics across West Virginia project sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in field coordination and documentation for construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction practices and reading drawings is beneficial.
• Experience with scheduling and project tracking tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist field and office teams with data collection and milestone tracking.
• Compile construction documentation including as-builts and splice records.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for daily operations.
• Support tendering, invoicing review, and progress claims.
• Process material requests and entry of production data.
