Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services in West Virginia is seeking a Field Construction Coordinator to support field and office activities for telecommunications network projects. You will assist with data collection, project milestones, and documentation across sites in the state.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Engineering/vendors, processing construction docs, and supporting safety program implementation while maintaining schedules and stakeholder updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of construction experience
• Combination of work experience and/or technical training in an industry-related trade certification or education program
• Experience as Coordinator, Data Entry specialist is an asset
• Experience in telecommunications/wireless industry preferred
• General understanding of construction documents, drawings, and specifications
• Knowledge of current construction practices
• Proficiency with scheduling software is an asset
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to work with little supervision

Responsibilities

• Assist Construction and Engineering teams with field and office activities
• Compile and process construction documentation and photos
• Coordinate with vendors and inhouse resources in OSP operations
• Support tender and progress claim reviews
• Request materials from warehouse and document usage
• Data entry for production, timesheets, and subcontractors
• Read drawings to assist with pre-construction notes and locates
• Promote safety culture and project safety program adherence
