Job summary

TriTechne, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Construction Laborer I - Telecom to support field crews with the installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial and underground telecom infrastructure, focusing on learning safe construction practices and building a foundation for a long-term career in telecommunications construction.

You will assist with conduit and cable placement, trenching, material handling, and tool operation.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role; willingness to learn safe construction practices.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation needed.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with conduit and cable placement, trenching, and job-site restoration.
• Hand-dig trenches and backfill safely under supervision.
• Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
• Operate basic hand and power tools.
• Set up and break down traffic control and safety zones.
• Travel to project sites, including overnight stays, as required.
