Davey Resource Group, Inc. is seeking a Telecommunications Operator to drive a derrick digger truck and support pole setting, equipment transport, and site restoration across New Mexico and Texas.

The role requires travel within the utility service territory and full-time hours in a fast-paced field environment. You will operate heavy construction equipment, maintain safety standards, and train others while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel within utility service territory.
• Able to work 40–45 hours per week.
• Compensation based on experience and travel flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate a derrick digger truck and a 30' pole trailer.
• Maintain a valid CDL license.
• Train others on equipment operation.
• Ensure safety and compliance with DRG policies.
• Complete paperwork and logs.
• Load, transport, and unload construction equipment.
