Techcom LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead telecom and fiber construction projects across Illinois, Indiana, and Washington. You will own the full lifecycle from planning through closeout, managing schedules, budgets, production, and client communications while guiding field supervisors and subcontractors.

The role requires strong leadership, cost-control skills, and ability to coordinate multiple projects with safety compliance.

• Experience managing telecom/fiber construction projects.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control skills.
• Proven leadership and client communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Knowledge of OSHA/safety requirements.
• Experience coordinating field crews and subcontractors.

Responsabilidades

• Manage telecom construction projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, production targets, and resources.
• Coordinate field supervisors, crews, and subcontractors.
• Serve as the primary client contact and maintain clear communication.
• Monitor progress, costs, and production to stay on schedule and budget.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, permits, and utility locates.
• Identify and resolve risks, delays, and quality issues.
• Ensure projects meet client requirements and safety standards.
