Telecon is seeking a Senior Fiber Construction Project Manager to lead FTTH builds across Western Washington. You will oversee crews and subcontractors, coach OSP engineers, and ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and billed accurately.

The role requires deep OSP telecom experience and strong financial acumen, with site visits across your market. Responsibilities include directing field operations, managing budgets, coordinating with clients and municipalities, and ensuring safety

Formación

• 5+ years of outside plant (OSP) telecommunications experience, with fiber blueprints, underground drilling, and aerial placement.
• 5+ years of project management experience, including managing project budgets.
• Ability to read and interpret utility plans and general contracts.
• Strong Excel skills for budgets, timelines, materials, and dashboards.
• Experience with Sitetracker, Salesforce, or similar project management software.
• Ability to train, delegate, and proactively manage others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and distribute work to field crews and subcontractors to meet timelines.
• Manage day-to-day work of OSP engineers and provide coaching in the field.
• Keep projects on budget and verify invoices against budgets.
• Capture field change orders and ensure accurate billing.
• Maintain project timelines according to client expectations.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and municipalities to complete projects on time.
• Ensure health and safety policies are followed on every project.
• Perform other duties as needed.
