Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management, telecom or utility construction.
• 3+ years OSP fiber construction experience, FTTH focus.
• Solid knowledge of fiber telecom construction, including OSP design, permitting, construction methods, testing, and closeout.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and P&L.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage internal teams and external contractors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide program-level oversight for FTTH projects and ensure alignment with goals and requirements.
• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, schedule, delivery, safety, and budget compliance.
• Mentor teams, communicate with customers, and manage stakeholder expectations.
