TekCom Resources, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager to lead FTTH (Fiber to the Home) projects from initiation through closeout.

You will manage schedules, vendors, budgets, and client relationships while ensuring construction activities meet quality, safety, and compliance standards. The ideal candidate brings strong telecom construction experience, particularly in fiber deployment, and possesses excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of telecom or utility construction management experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSP construction and fiber deployment processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and deadlines.
• Experience directing client meetings and presenting project status.
• Proficiency with project tracking tools and scheduling software.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end FTTH construction projects (UG with some limited Aerial) including planning and scheduling.
• Develop and manage project schedules to meet milestones.
• Serve as main client contact and lead weekly status meetings.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and closeout packages.
• Conduct site visits, bid walks, pre-construction meetings, inspections, and punch walks.
• Provide field direction to GC/Subcontractors during ground and fiber activities.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues balancing priorities, timelines, and budget.
• Ensure work complies with client standards, safety requirements, and processes.
• Manage vendor/subcontractor performance and timely invoicing support.
• Ensure project files are complete and properly closed out.
