Qualifications

• BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics required.
• Experience with project-based financial management budgeting/forecasting and auditing is a plus.
• Experience with ServiceNow, reporting and dashboards.
• Experience with PeopleSoft.
• Strong analytical skills with large databases and financial software.

Responsibilities

• Establish and optimize processes for telecom expense management including mobile, landline, and data services.
• Analyze vendor expenses and compare to contract funding to identify cost savings.
• Prepare monthly forecast budgets and status reports on ongoing and completed projects.
• Generate ServiceNow reports and verify asset records against wireless carrier portals.
• Monitor spending, track planned vs actual expenses, and support annual budget processes.
• Create dashboards and visual reports using Excel, Power BI, and ServiceNow.
