HP is seeking a Telecom Expense Management Lead for its Contact Center Services in the United States. The role serves as the primary operational liaison among HP, OB, Contact Center IT, stakeholders, and service providers.

You will coordinate requests, validate billing, manage vendor issues, and facilitate PO, invoice, dispute, and service matters while supporting a transition to the new Contact Center lead.

Formación

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of IT projects, process improvement, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Telecom Expense Management activities including telecom billing validation, invoice and dispute management, vendor coordination, and cost optimization.
• Develops and drives IT strategies to align with a high impact business agenda and supports integration points with IT partners.
• Collaborates with vendors and senior management to define information needs, priorities, and sustain service levels.
• Manages spends and IT investments per plan while ensuring timely work during budget and forecast processes.
• Resolve operational issues directly with clients and coordinate plans between IT and other entities.
