Job summary

ZealHire Inc. seeks a Project Manager (Finance/Telecom) to lead cost optimization, invoicing analysis and large-data reporting. The role focuses on telecom expense management, vendor payments, and developing dashboards in Power BI for leadership review.

Two key objectives are establishing efficient processes for cost control and accurate forecasting, with strong Excel and Power BI skills, ServiceNow and PeopleSoft experience, and proven ability to communicate complex information to executives.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Experience with project-based financial management budgeting/forecasting and/or auditing a plus.
• Ability to independently compile, research and perform in-depth analysis of projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow, reporting and dashboards.
• Experience with PeopleSoft.
• Proficient with analytical and table functions.
• Ability to work with large databases and financial software applications.
• Superior skills with spreadsheets and databases.
• Strong communication, analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proven ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Establish/Optimize process services for monthly carrier reports analysis and data integrity.
• Manage costs for telecommunication services and review vendor reports to reduce errors and inefficiencies.
• Analyze vendor expenses and compare to contract funding.
• Prepare forecast budget expense reports.
• Prepare status reports on in-progress and completed projects and indicate budget adherence.
• Prepare and evaluate mid-year and year-end forecasts, monitor spending and rollover unspent funds.
• Track planned vs actual expenses to support annual budgeting.
• Investigate and resolve project budget variances.
