Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction estimating experience.
• Minimum 2 years of estimating or supporting Network Infrastructure projects.
• Experience with commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction projects.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Experience with quantity takeoffs and detailed cost analyses.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates at conceptual, schematic, design development, and final stages.
• Review drawings, specs, contracts and other docs to develop accurate budgets and bids.
• Quantify materials, labor, equipment and subcontractor costs.
• Maintain cost databases, unit pricing and historical data.
• Identify risks and cost-saving opportunities during estimating.
