Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Telecom Estimator to support planning and delivery of complex construction projects with a focus on Network Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will prepare detailed cost estimates, analyze project requirements, and collaborate with project teams to develop competitive bids.

Strong understanding of commercial construction practices, network infrastructure (ISP/OSP), and cost analysis is required; Construction Management experience is strongly

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of construction estimating experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience estimating or supporting Network Infrastructure projects.
Experience with commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or large-scale construction projects.
Strong ability to interpret drawings, specs and contract documents.
Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed construction cost estimates (conceptual to final).
Review drawings, specifications, contracts and docs to develop budgets and bids.
Quantify materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
Develop and maintain cost databases, unit pricing, and history data.
Identify risks and cost-saving opportunities during estimating.
