Job summary

Texstar Enterprises, LLC is seeking an Equipment Foreman to oversee telecom construction crews. You will manage heavy equipment operations, enforce safety policies, and coordinate with the supervisor to keep projects on schedule.

The role requires at least three years of related experience and a valid driver’s license. This hybrid position offers training opportunities and a focus on safety and efficiency in varied weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; relevant work experience preferred.
• At least three years of related experience.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• All other duties as assigned.
