Job summary

SQUAN is seeking a Senior Leader to direct a team of telecommunications engineers and technicians in Conway, AR. You will drive engineering strategies, ensure project timelines and budgets, and oversee system design to meet industry standards.

The role requires 5+ years in telecom engineering with at least 3 years in management, strong leadership, and ability to coordinate across IT, operations, and vendors. This position blends technical oversight with executive reporting and client liaison.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of telecommunications systems, components and architecture
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in ArcGIS, Microsoft Suite, AutoCAD

  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
