• Excellent communication skills and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conceptual through final design and record drawings of utility lines and facilities.
• Field data collection and evaluation of existing conditions.
• Prepare construction documents and administer projects.
• Cost estimating and material specifications.
• Provide general project and office support.
