Job summary

Kavaliro is seeking a Telecom Engineer to support Cisco Webex in Orlando, onsite. The role focuses on Webex-based telecom operations, porting activities, and resolving voice and connectivity issues.

The candidate will configure Webex, document changes, and collaborate with IT/telecom teams to meet project timelines. Excellent communication and rapid ramp-up are essential for success in this contract role.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Cisco Webex / Webex Calling.
• Experience with telephone number porting / DID porting.
• Strong telecom and VoIP troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve telecommunications issues independently.
• Strong technical documentation skills.
• Ability to learn an existing environment quickly with minimal ramp-up.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Telecom Engineer – Cisco Webex Location: Orlando, FL – Onsite Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Employment Type: Contract, 3+ Months Pay: $43- 48 per hour

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot a Cisco Webex-based telecommunications environment
