Job summary

InfraServices in Neenah, WI is seeking an Electrical Journeyman to install, troubleshoot, repair, and test electrical equipment on demanding telecom and recovery projects.

The role requires NEC knowledge, blueprint reading, and safe work practices; you will lead site activities, mentor apprentices, and ensure compliance with codes and safety standards in a fast-paced field environment. Travel up to 75% and ability to lift 75 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years electrical experience.
• 1–2 years wireless telecommunications industry experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and drawings.
• Valid state electrical license(s).
• OSHA Construction 10-hour Safety Training Card or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical equipment.
• Lead jobsite safety practices and mentor apprentices.
• Coordinate work with operations and field teams.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, codes, and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and test electrical systems and components.
• Review closeout documentation and permits.
