Kanaan Communications, LLC is seeking a Telecom Drill Bores Operator to join our field team. You will operate drill equipment to install underground telecommunications cables and infrastructure, determine bore paths, and verify utilities.

You’ll handle potholing, mud mixing, site setup, weathering conditions, and routine maintenance with safety as a priority. We value reliability, physical stamina, and valid CDL with tanker endorsement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or relevant work experience.
• Experience with drilling equipment and utilities location.
• Valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Determine bore path and locate utilities.
• Safely operate and control all necessary equipment to complete tasks.
• Verify existing utilities by potholing to determine bore path.
• Utilize mud mixing systems.
• Develop and maintain a bore schedule.
• Site set-up, clean-up, and equipment maintenance.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
