Job summary

Lambert's Cable is seeking a Telecom Drill Bores Operator to install underground telecommunications cables and infrastructure. The role involves planning bore paths, locating utilities, and safely operating drill equipment on active sites.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement (or willingness to obtain), and hands-on drilling experience. Expect physical work in varied weather and potential on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• US work authorization for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience with drilling equipment and bore path design processes.

Responsibilities

• Determine bore path and locate utilities.
• Safely operate and control drilling equipment to complete assigned tasks.
• Verify existing utilities by potholing to determine bore path.
• Develop and maintain a bore schedule.
• Responsible for site setup, cleanup, and equipment maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
