Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant industry and consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Outcome oriented.
• Entrepreneurial and commercial approach.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal/team skills, high E.Q.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
• Ability to address strategic issues and act tactically understanding cross‑functional requirements.
• Comfortable with travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams on complex projects by setting clear direction and expectations.
• Decompose complex issues and architect deliverables against SOW requirements.
• Ensure deliverables are complete, error‑free, and on time.
• Rapidly develop understanding of client’s business.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans.
• Seek opportunities for additional client engagement for A&M.
• Foster an inclusive, positive team environment.
• Coach others to act in the best interests of clients.
