Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is expanding its Corporate Performance Improvement practice in the Chicago area. We seek accomplished consultants with deep industry knowledge to develop strategies and drive execution for telecom and digital infrastructure clients.

Key responsibilities include leading workstreams, interfacing with clients, and supporting proposals while building an active network of relationships. Travel is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant industry and consulting experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication, including presentations.

Responsibilities

• Effectively lead workstreams.
• Lead self and teammates to meet project goals.
• Plan and design work using structured problem-solving frameworks.
• Interface with clients regularly with strong executive presence.
• Support proposals and sales efforts.
• Identify client needs that may lead to new opportunities for A&M; manage relationships.
• Establish an inclusive, positive team environment.
