3+ years of relevant industry and consulting experience.

Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
Comfortable with travel.

Responsibilities

Effectively leads workstreams.
Leads self and teammates to achieve objectives set with project leadership direction.
Plans and designs work by using structured problem-solving framework and methodologies.
Interfaces with client regularly and possesses strong executive presence.
Provides significant support on proposal and sales efforts.
Identifies client needs that may lead to new opportunities for A&M; manages personal relationships in a business context and maintains an active network of business relationships.
Establishes an inclusive environment that is positive and engages all team members.
