Job summary

TDL Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Design & Engineering Coordinator to support telecom engineering and design projects in Anchorage, AK. The role focuses on coordinating activities, maintaining documentation, and updating project tracking systems.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Prior telecom design, AutoCAD, and project coordination experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience with telecom design, AutoCAD, and project coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Familiarity with GIS software such as ArcGIS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Design & Engineering Manager with daily operational and project-related activities.
• Maintain project tracking systems and update status reports.
• Assist with project scheduling and identify delays or issues.
• Coordinate with internal staff, contractors, and project teams on design activities.
• Make minor revisions to telecom design drawings using AutoCAD.
• Review telecom construction drawings, redlines, and design documentation.
• Utilize GIS and Bluebeam Revu for project review and tracking.
• Organize and maintain project files, deliverables, and documentation.
• Provide administrative support between departments as needed.
