Qualifications

• 4-5 years of customer support/helpdesk or telecom experience.
• Strong knowledge of telecom concepts, especially Local Number Portability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Monitor number pooling processes and identify irregularities.
• Communicate with providers and customers to support smooth number porting.
