Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC in Tucker, GA is seeking a Construction Supervisor to direct, coordinate and supervise crews and subcontractors in cable and restoration work, ensuring compliance with contract specifications. The role requires 3+ years in telecommunications or utility construction, a valid driver's license (CDL a plus), ability to lift 50–75 lbs, and proficiency with MS Office and field software.

• 3+ years of experience in Telecommunications or Utility Construction/Maintenance.
• Valid driver's license; CDL is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Google applications.
• Strong communication and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and supervise employees and subcontractors in the correct placement/repair of cable and restorations ensuring results are according to contract and process specifications.
• Ensure employees meet all safety, quality, and production goals according to rules, regulations, and standards set by company.
• Maintain daily production sheets and other reporting.
• Inspect trucks/equipment for defects.
• Participate in daily/weekly calls with operations and customers.
• Resolve complaints.
• Able to demonstrate ability to maintain positive working relationships both internally and externally.

What You’ll Do

• Direct, coordinate and supervise, dispatch, train, inspect, and monitor employees and subcontractors in the correct placement/repair of cable and restorations ensuring results are according to contract and process specifications
• Ensure employees meet all safety, quality, and production goals according to rules, regulations, and standards set by company
• Maintain daily production sheets and other reporting
• Inspect trucks/equipment for defects
• Participate in daily/weekly calls with operations and customers
• Resolve complaints
• Performs other duties as necessary
• Able to demonstrate ability to maintain positive working relationships both internally and externally

What You’ll Need

• At least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company
• 3+ years of experience within the Telecommunications or Utility Construction/Maintenance industry
• Valid driver\'s license (CDL a plus)
• Basic knowledge of and ability to operate various types of utility trucks and equipment in a safe manner
• Basic knowledge of and ability to use hand tools and equipment in a safe manner
• Ability to read prints and interpret utility maps to identify the type and size of underground utilities
• Proficient with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc), Google applications, and/or other construction related software applications
• Able to communicate effectively with customers, employees, etc.
• Able to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed with or without assistance
• Able to work as needed (over-time, after hours, on weekends, for emergencies or on-call)
