Job summary

MasTec Communications Group is seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead telecom construction crews on aerial and underground projects. You will drive safety, quality, and schedule adherence while mentoring crews and coordinating with customers.

You have a hands-on leadership style, a track record of delivering projects on time, and knowledge of Coax Splicing, Fiber Splicing, and Directional Drilling. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Safety is a daily priority and essential on all projects.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality work.
• Hands-on problem solver with long-term project focus.
• Experience leading construction crews in telecom (coax/fiber, directional drilling).
• Willing to mentor and train team members.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning new software.
