Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a field supervisor to direct, coordinate and supervise crews in cable and restoration work. You will ensure safety, quality, and production goals while maintaining daily production sheets and reporting.

Inspect trucks and equipment, participate in calls with operations and customers, and resolve issues. Must read prints, lift heavy loads, and be able to work overtime as needed. CDL a plus and US work authorization required.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience within telecommunications or utility construction/maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver's license (CDL a plus).
• Ability to read prints and interpret utility maps.
• Proficient with MS Office or Google applications.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work overtime as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Direct, coordinate and supervise, dispatch, train, inspect, and monitor employees and subcontractors in the correct placement/repair of cable and restorations ensuring results are according to contract and process specifications
• Ensure employees meet all safety, quality, and production goals according to rules, regulations, and standards set by company
• Maintain daily production sheets and other reporting
• Inspect trucks/equipment for defects
• Participate in daily/weekly calls with operations and customersResolve complaints
• Performs other duties as necessary
• Must be able to demonstrate ability to maintain positive working relationships both internally and externally

What You’ll Need

• At least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company
• 3+ years of experience within the Telecommunications or Utility Construction/Maintenance industry
• Valid driver's license (CDL a plus)
• Basic knowledge of and ability to operate various types of utility trucks and equipment in a safe manner
• Basic knowledge of and ability to use hand tools and equipment in a safe manner
• Ability to read prints and interpret utility maps to identify the type and size of underground utilitiesProficient with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc), Google applications, and/or other construction related software applications
• Able to communicate effectively with customers, employees, etc.
• Able to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed with or without assistance
• Able to work as needed (over-time, after hours, on weekends, for emergencies or on-call)
