Job summary

Triad Associates Inc., a division of Concordia Group, seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager for tower, rooftop, and generator installations. Must reside in Denver, CO. Pay range $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 annually plus bonus.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in the telecom industry.
Proven experience managing tower crews and subcontractors in active construction environments.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder communication skills.
Demonstrated proficiency in project scheduling, procurement, and cost control.
Solid understanding of construction means and methods, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Manage construction projects end-to-end, from pre-construction planning through final completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
Lead and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, engineers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and cash flow tracking.
Proactively identify project risks, schedule impacts, and cost variances; implement corrective action plans as needed.
Monitor project performance using key metrics and provide accurate, timely status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Serve as the primary client-facing representative, ensuring clear communication regarding progress, milestones, changes, and expectations.
Oversee procurement activities, including material takeoffs, BOMs, equipment sourcing, and delivery coordination.
Ensure full compliance with safety standards, permitting requirements, company policies, and industry regulations.
Lead project meetings, fostering accountability, collaboration, and productive problem-solving across all teams.
