Job summary

Triad Associates Inc., a division of Concordia Group, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead cellular tower, rooftop, and generator installations. You will oversee pre-construction planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and safety compliance while coordinating field crews and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in telecom construction, strong client-facing communication, and experience with BOMs and project controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in telecom.
• Proven ability to manage tower crews and subcontractors in active sites.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience with scheduling, procurement, and cost control.
• Understanding of construction means and methods and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects end-to-end from pre-construction through completion.
• Lead and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, engineers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with schedules and budgets.
• Identify risks, schedule impacts, and cost variances; implement corrective actions.
• Monitor performance and provide status updates to leadership.
• Serve as primary client-facing representative for progress and expectations.
• Oversee procurement activities and BOMs, equipment sourcing, delivery coordination.
• Ensure safety standards, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead project meetings and drive accountability across teams.
