Ervin Cable Construction LLC in Sherman, TX is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to oversee one or more telecommunications construction projects, ensuring safe, timely, and accurate installation, maintenance, or repair of customer equipment.

The role requires knowledge of telecom construction, familiarity with aerial lift devices, utility lines/poles, and related equipment, and the ability to use placement tools and troubleshoot issues.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a related field or 3 years of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience.
• Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, develop, and provide leadership to employees of an assigned area, department, or project.
• Review tasks and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
