Job summary

ITG Communications, LLC is seeking a Construction Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and monitor telecom construction projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring alignment with company standards, client requirements, and budgets.

The role serves as the central point of coordination between field operations, subcontractors, internal departments, and external stakeholders, driving project execution and cost control across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in cable/telecom construction (fiber and coax preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or supervisory roles preferred.
• Experience with full construction lifecycle, budgeting, and cost tracking.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of construction projects including pre-construction, permitting, design, material procurement, construction, and closeout.
• Support planning of workflows, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Ensure projects are executed in accordance with established standards and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and address delays or issues.
• Develop and support cost estimates for construction projects.
• Monitor job costs and track WIP against budget.
• Review and evaluate change orders for accuracy and financial impact.
• Support cost control to ensure profitability.
• Conduct site walkouts and ride-outs to assess conditions and progress.
• Perform post-construction reviews to ensure quality and completion standards.
