Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2–5 years of experience in cable/telecom construction (fiber and coax preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Plan workflows, schedules and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress, address delays, and ensure timelines.
• Develop and support cost estimates and track job costs.
• Review change orders for accuracy and financial impact.
• Coordinate subcontractors and construction crews.
• Interface with Finance, Procurement, Legal, Engineering and Design.
• Provide status updates to leadership and customers; ensure compliance.
• Travel to job sites and perform field inspections when needed.
