Job summary

ByVerTek is seeking a seasoned Telecommunication Senior Construction Manager to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of telecom infrastructure projects. The role focuses on delivering on time, within budget, and to high safety standards in a local Boise area context.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in telecom construction management, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record of managing diverse teams including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in telecommunication construction management.
• Strong knowledge of telecom infrastructure including fiber, wireless, and cable systems.
• Proven project management experience delivering complex projects.
• CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage telecommunication construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with Project Management team to execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Supervise and coordinate engineers, technicians, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to ensure high performance and adherence to project standards.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to develop specifications and design plans.
• Coordinate with local authorities and utilities to obtain permits and approvals.
• Ensure proper resource planning and logistics for materials and equipment.
• Implement quality control procedures and safety protocols; conduct site inspections and audits.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders; prepare status reports.
• Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities; manage contracts and negotiations.
