Job summary

Sacramento Native American Health Center, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager in Corona, CA to lead and coordinate all stages of construction projects. You will ensure safety, budget, and schedule adherence while directing crews and subcontractors.

Reports to the Project Manager; requires 5+ years of construction leadership, OSHA 30, strong reading of blueprints, and proficiency with Procore or Site Tracker. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience (telecom or wireless industry preferred).
• Proven leadership experience managing crews and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, safety protocols, and project scheduling.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must possess a valid driver's license; regular driving; company vehicle may be provided.
• OSHA 30 certification and First Aid/CPR.
• Proficiency with Procore, Site Tracker, or similar construction management tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise construction projects from start to finish.
• Interpret and explain project plans and technical information to other project professionals.
• Lead project kickoffs and debriefs.
• Collaborate with PMs, architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.
• Monitor project progress and report updates and budget matters to the PM.
• Respond to work delays, emergencies, and other jobsite issues.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and customer specifications.
• Coordinate project activities to meet deadlines.
• Assign duties and responsibilities to project personnel.
