Job summary

Sacramento Native American Health Center, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager in Corona, CA to lead and coordinate all stages of construction projects. You will ensure safety, budget, and schedule adherence while directing crews and subcontractors.

Reports to the Project Manager; requires 5+ years of construction leadership, OSHA 30, strong reading of blueprints, and proficiency with Procore or Site Tracker. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience (telecom or wireless industry preferred).
• Proven leadership experience managing crews and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, safety protocols, and project scheduling.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must possess a valid driver's license; regular driving; company vehicle may be provided.
• OSHA 30 certification and First Aid/CPR.
• Proficiency with Procore, Site Tracker, or similar construction management tools.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

TheConstructionManageris responsible for the practical management and planning of every stage of aconstructionproject. They ensure building projects are completed safely, within budget, and on time. As aConstructionManager, you’ll oversee schedules of work and delegate tasks to your team to ensure each phase of a build goes to plan.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of construction experience (telecom or wireless industry preferred)

• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record, as determined by company policy. This role requires regular driving; a company vehicle may be provided
• OSHA 30 certification
• First Aid/CPR
• Proficiency in Procore, Site Tracker, or other construction management tools
• CM responsible for plan of attack for construction crew. Create plan of attack or sign off on Foreman supplied plan of attack.
• Experience in managing internal crews

• Manage and facilitate training days
• Identify training needs, implement solutions, and evaluate effectiveness
• Partner with HR to support employee engagement
