Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in telecom cable construction (aerial or underground).
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven track record of safe work practices and quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily activities of a team of technicians in telecom cable construction to meet timelines, quality and cost.
• Enforce safety regulations, certifications, and company policies to ensure safety standards.
• Assign tasks and schedules to team members, including partner employees, ensuring resources and equipment availability.
• Monitor progress and quality to ensure timelines and standards are met.
• Provide training and guidance to team members including linemen and drillers.
• Address on-site operational issues and customer interactions as needed.
• Maintain records and prepare reports for management review for timely decisions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and toolbox talks.
