Job summary

Betacom is seeking a Civil Foreman to supervise and perform construction duties on telecom sites. You’ll lead a crew of 2–4, oversee subcontractors, plan materials and tools, read site plans, and ensure safety and on-time project delivery.

The role requires strong communication, math and computer skills, and a solid understanding of job scopes, MOPs, and budgets. Experience as an electrician or with Betacom tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-year certificate or 3–6 years related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Electrician Apprenticeship Certificate completed.
• Licensed Electrician preferred.
• Good communication and reading/writing skills in English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a crew of 2–4 members.
• Supervise subcontractors and job site personnel to complete the scope.
• Plan materials, equipment, and tools for assigned projects.
• Read and interpret design site plans and layouts.
• Ensure safety and security of employees and assets; enforce policies.
• Maintain job records, budgets, and closeout packages.
