Job summary

ElectriCom is seeking a Foreman to lead a 3–5 person crew on telecommunications and utility construction projects. You will perform hands-on tasks, operate equipment, and travel to job sites, including overnight assignments, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

This role emphasizes on-site leadership, planning, and collaboration with management and customers to meet production goals and ensure successful project delivery in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Foreman in telecom, utility, or construction.
• 3–5+ years of industry experience.
• Strong understanding of job-site safety practices and utility-location awareness.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and job specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to direct and motivate a crew.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 3–5 person crew on aerial and underground fiber-construction projects.
• Maintain a safe job site and ensure crew compliance with safety procedures.
• Plan and schedule daily work to meet production goals.
• Perform hands-on tasks alongside the crew.
• Conduct job-site and equipment inspections.
• Communicate project expectations and progress with management and customers.
• Support a team-oriented work environment and encourage crew development and growth.
