Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily telecom crew activities to meet timelines and costs.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies.
• Assign tasks and schedules to team members.
• Monitor progress and quality against timelines.
• Provide training and guidance to technicians.
• Resolve on-site operational issues and coordinate with customers.
• Maintain records and prepare management reports.
