Job summary

Star Construction LLC is seeking an Equipment Operator for our Telecom Construction team. You will operate and maintain specialty machinery used in installing phone and internet infrastructure, ensuring safe, efficient work and compliance with safety protocols.

The role requires a CDL A license, high school diploma or GED, and ability to work in varied weather. We offer competitive weekly pay, PTO, holidays, and strong benefit options including 401(k) with company match and education

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• U.S. work authorization for this company.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid CDL A driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Attend site Job Safety Analysis.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Dig pits, trenches or potholes as directed by job plan.
• Responsible for site setup and cleanup.
• Load and unload tools, materials and equipment from truck.
• Set up a safety perimeter.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
